Our members can register for multiple items in one event. For example, last week I registered for the event. Today, I went back to register a guest.

The form was pre-filled with my information. I deleted that information and typed in my guests information. That action updated my WordPress user profile. I didn’t expect that, but I was able to repair my user profile. I think I even found the culprit that made that possible.

I made sure the bottom set of question for additional registrants was enabled.

Here is the event: https://ebwn.org/events/move-not-enough-ness-abundance-gratitude/

How do I make sure that people registering a guest for the ticket item: Member Bring A friend” triggers the form that this is an additional registrants? So, that members can create a ticket for their guests at any time.

Hi there,

You can disable the registration data syncing with your WP User profile within Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> User Integration Settings -> Always sync contact information with WP user profile?

I made sure the bottom set of question for additional registrants was enabled.

You mean within the event itself? Those additional registrant questions will only show if you select more than one ticket in a single group registration, it doesn’t work if you add a single registration then return to add a ‘guest’, both of those registrations will be considered separate and both primary.

How do I make sure that people registering a guest for the ticket item: Member Bring A friend” triggers the form that this is an additional registrants? So, that members can create a ticket for their guests at any time.

Currently you can’t, the user would need to select both tickets in a single group.
