registering for an event is too complicated – too many pages

Less than 50% of the people who have registered for one of my events make it all the way through the gauntlet of registration. It has too many pages and takes too many clicks. AND… people who want to pay by Credit Card balk at clicking on the PayPal button. At the very least, the button needs to say “PayPal or Credit/Debit card”

Hi rhj4,

Have you received feedback from any of the failed registration stating the steps are too complicated or is this an assumption based on the registrations you can view in the admin?

The PayPal button can be changed to show a different image if that is what you mean?
