I logged on this morning to see we had quite a handful of attendees that registered yesterday, Tuesday 1/20 (15 to be exact). When I went back later on this morning I noticed that the attendees who registered yesterday were no longer there. I have their confirmation emails so I know the names of the individuals that are missing, but I was hoping there is a way to fix the issue and restore those attendees without loosing any other data. The event title is 2015 Akcelerant Customer Educational Conference.
Is it possible that these attendees are appearing on the next page?
The attendees list screen will show a partial list of attendees and will then “paginate” the remaining attendees onto additional pages. If you scroll down to the end of the page and look in the right corner then you may see the numbers 1, 2, 3 and so forth. Clicking on 2 or 3 should take you to another page of attendees.
If this is the case, then you should be able to toggle the entries dropdown to show 100 entries like so?
I checked that, and still no luck. The number of attendees (146/350) is a decrease in the number from earlier this morning which makes me think that they were somehow removed.
No, I am the only who manages this. Within one hour I noticed that those 15 registered attendees were missing. Is there anyway that I can get a back up as of yesterday or early this morning? Do I need to purchase a token? I need to get this resolved ASAP without loosing any information from those who registered today.
I just sent an email over with an update on this issue.
