For some reason when I enroll a second person on a single account/e-mail address, the first one gets overruled. I have got a school-like system and would like parents to have the possibility to enroll two children under 1 e-mail address (the one of the parent). Should be possible right?
With the EE4 Users Integration add-on your ‘EE contact’ and WP User details are kept in sync with the registration data used during the registration. In other words when logged in your are changing the user account details to match the last user registration details.
Go to Event Espresso -> Registration form -> User Integration Settings.
There you will find the option ‘Always sync contact information with WP user profile?’, set that to No and update the settings.
Now retest your registrations, does it work how you are expecting now?
I’ll open another topic if you want me to, but if it’s a quick one I hope you can answer me here. I was wondering If I can add tickets to existing users. Switching users between events can be quite difficult (I haven’t really figured out how to do it).
Thanks again for fixing the issue, and I hope this second question isn’t too much.
