Hello, we bought EE because we have a customer for whom we should be doing training for.
He has several companies and this year the department heads are supposed to book 2 modules of the course for each employee.
Is it possible for the department heads to register their employees with their names and the corresponding data for the two modules with one booking?
This is important because we have to regulate participation in the training with each company individually and the number of participants is limited.
So we have a list of dates for module A and a list of dates for module B. We need a list according to the model for billing:
– Employee A; 12.12.21, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.; 17.12.21, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
– employee B; 13.12.21, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.; 18.12.21, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
– employee C; 14.12.21, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.; 19.12.21, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
etc.
We are overwhelmed by the many possibilities that EE offers, but believe that with EE it is possible to achieve our goal. As newcomers, we would be very happy to receive a tip.

Hi there,
It sounds like you basically want a ‘Purchaser’ (the department head) to have the ability to book employees onto events at various different times and then be able to list the registrations from that purchaser, is that correct?
Booking onto multiple events/datetimes/tickets in a single group can be done but tracking them against the ‘purchaser above is not something we currently have within EE.
Do you have an example of something similar to what you are trying to do I can take a look at?

Hello Tony,
thank you very much for your interest in our concern. You understood our problem perfectly!
The problem is that I have to send each buyer the invoice for the registered employees separately by post. At the same time, no more than 8 people may take part in an event (online training).
In order to achieve our goal, I have created a form that we would like to submit to EE. Unfortunately I don’t know how to put the form in the forum. But here is a link where you can look at the form:
