I have used this code in the past for all events : [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”22″ anchor=”Register for This Event” direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to booking…”] and now I get this error: It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.
I had figured the main issue was my support license key – which I also sent a support ticket about. Can you please help me resolve this issue for my client. Thank you.

Hello,
What version of Event Espresso 3 and the multiple events registration add-on are you currently running for your project?
If this was previously working and recently stopped, then it could be a conflict with a new plugin. Does it work as expected if you temporarily deactivate other plugins?

Lorenzo,
No new plugins have been added and things were working. We are running WP 4.6.3 and there is an update available. I figured things stopped working because we needed to upgrade the plugin – so I paid for the upgrade/support license key…which didn’t change so nothing is auto updating like it says it should. I have another post about the key itself. Is there anyway you can look into the support key I have and issue a new one so my plugin will update automatically? Thank you.

Also, do let us know the software that you are using for your project in your message.
For example, you have a question about the multiple event registration add-on but that add-on is not included in the personal support license for Event Espresso 3.
