For a few days now, the register button no longer takes people to the registration page/form. Instead it takes them back to a general information page about the course.

For example, the Event Espresso listings at the bottom of this page: http://www.exds.com.au/training-you/introduction-to-12d-model/
now take you back to this page instead of allowing you to register: http://www.exds.com.au/training-you/all-12d-model-training-courses/?ee=27

It is the same result with all register buttons at the moment.

Hi,

Since this is a recent issue, what’s changed on your server: new plugins? different theme? theme/plugin updates? Anything else?

Have you tried “flushing” your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks > and pressing save?

Are all the EE pages correct in Event Espresso > General Settings > Page Settings section?

Are the EE pages published, and accessible and have the correct shortcodes?

Can you try disabling all other plugins and seeing if that resolves the issue? If so, reactivate the plugins one by one, testing each time, until the conflicting plugin is found.

Nothing new on server. No new plugins, haven’t changed theme, no plugin updates.

Yes.

Are all the EE pages correct in Event Espresso > General Settings > Page Settings section?

Yes. And were previously working perfectly.

Are the EE pages published, and accessible and have the correct shortcodes?

Yes.

No difference.

Hi,

It looks like currently this page:

http://www.exds.com.au/training-you/all-12d-model-training-courses/

Is set as the Main Registration Page for event espresso, meaning it should contain the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode and I don’t think it does.

Can you edit that page and check if it does?

If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Page Settings.

Looking at the Main Registration Page dropdown – http://take.ms/zPeEi

Does it currently list the above page?

hi Tony,
No that page is not set as the Main Registration Page. It is simply an information page that leads users to each of the separate course pages. Previously, trying to register would take you to the registration page for each course.

Hey Tony,

What page is the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode on? This page is important for the flow of the registration process. It does not have to be in the navigation, but it is required that it is active.
