Hi,

Reg the Events page, i have one query. All the events is showing in the events page because here is added the short code for the event lists. I want to do change the link for my events so it will appear on the events page. currently it is redirected on the event espresso default link when i click on event name heading and Register button. (for ex. /event-registration/?ee=1). So i need to change this link with another page. on this page i have already setup the custom code for the event. So please confirm us from where we can change this link for the perticular event.

Or one other thing if we cann’t change this link then how we can hide the event from events page. So i can create and setup the new table and add the event details, time, price,link etc. Please confirm us about the short code for Hide the perticular event on events page.

Thanks

Hi Lorellee,

In Event Espresso 3, clicking through for an event from event listings page will take you to the single event page. This is because the registration form appears there.

Could you share the link to the event listings page and also let us know the name of the event?

We’ll then share some CSS for hiding it.

Hi Lorellee,

event name – Kingdom Business Event – i want to redircted this event on another page instead of its registration page

If you edit the event and look within the event options section you will find the ‘Alternative Registration Page’ setting for that event. See here – http://take.ms/PFpyC

When you set that option any of the links for that event that would normally direct to the regular registration page will go to that custom link.

One more thing reg the paypal button on the event registration page. we are not able to fix this button on top.

The spacing is being caused by something adding multiple br tags within the hidden form – http://take.ms/5Bnej

This is how that form is output normally – http://take.ms/yvoNZ

We usually see this when the theme is doing something strange with the_content(), if you switch to a default theme such as twentyfourteen (you can use the Theme Test Drive plugin to do this without effecting your visitors) does the same happen?

Here is a quick css ‘fix’:

div#paypal-payment-option-dv br {
    display: none;
}

We recommend using either the My Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder plugins to add custom styles such as these.

However that really is just a bandaid fix, it would be much better fixing the theme (os possibly plugin) that is causing this.

Go to Event Espresso -> Event Overview.

Edit the ‘kingdom business event’ and set the ‘Alternative Registration Page’ to your custom page. Save the event.

That sets the registration page for that specific event.

Is that what you are looking for?

Event Espresso does not currently have any integration with Active Campaign, however we do have the MailChimp Add-on to allow you to integrate with MailChimp.

Integrating with Active Campaign would require an add-on be developed specifically for that service.

Hi Tony,

ok, we will purchase the mailchimp addon and after integrate with mailchimp we can transfer from mailchimp into the active campaign automatically.

Thanks & Regards
