Refunds on Stripe

I have had to do a refund.

I selected “other payment gateway” and put the transaction ID in however the refund done on the web site has not gone through to Stripe.

How do we do refunds on the site and ensure that they go through to Stripe correctly.

Hi Steve,

Refunds issues within EE do not automatically issue the refund within your payment provider (not just Stripe but any). The refund within EE just records that refund so you’ll need to issue the refund from the payment merchant themselves, in this case through your Stripe dashboard.
