I’m fixing the site that was created by somebody else, so running into a lot of bugs. When I refund a payment, the site sends a “payment declined” email. Any suggestions on why it would happen and how I can fix it? The payment confirmation emails seem to work fine. Thanks!
This is something we are aware of and is currently being marked to be fixed as part of our re-write of the gateway structure. I can’t give a time scale on when it will be ready but that whole project is currently being actively worked on and we are hoping it will be released sooner rather than later.
Wow, I’ve removed the Payment Declined type, but kept Refund type on the left side just in case, and it worked! I got Payment Refund message 🙂 Thanks!
