Hi I just purchased Event Espresso and an add-on and it doesn’t look like Event Espresso will work with this project I’m working on. I would like a refund please.
May I ask what the issue is? Depending on what the problem your running into is we may have a snippet to work around it.
We don’t actually process refunds on the forums but I’ve asked our sales team to address this. Due to time differences, it will take a little from now but they will contact once this has been processed.
