Suppose i buy an event of 100$, and i want to change it from one to another of cost 50$ from front end. please let me know how price(refund) can be managed in this senerio.
1) You could cancel the registration completely and refund via your payment gateway and advise the attendee to register for a new event
2) You could use the Attendee Reassignment Addon from the PRe Release channel to move the attendee to another event, then modify the Amount paid via the Payment Details screen (Event Overview > All Attendees > click the appropriate attendee > click View/Edit Payment link > use negative amount (e.g. -50.00 ) to change amount paid. Refunds must be done via your payment gateway.
