Hi all. I bought a license for a client of mine, and it turns out that there’s a feature they need that EE doesn’t provide. (Custom donation fields.) Shame on them for not telling me what they needed; shame on me for buying something prematurely. So I realize this might not be a straightforward case for a refund, but I thought I’d check anyway. Would you be amenable to offering me a refund?
