Following the flow of selecting a ticket, registering, and checking out (the site is using Authorize.net sandbox mode so no CC information will be processed), the transaction is recorded successfully, but the page does not redirect to the Thank You page. The Thank You page is set-up and has the correct shortcode. In the browser’s Console tab, I do get a 504 timeout error, but there are no entries in the PHP error log. In addition, I have confirmed with my hosting provider that the “registration-checkout” page is not cached.
I checked and I can see the 504 error is happening with the ajax request to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Sometimes the error can be logged if WP_DEBUG_LOGGING is activated in the wp-config.php file. I think someone told me that flywheel hosting doesn’t allow editing the wp-config.php file. If you contact flywheel support maybe they can activate that for you or give you another way to log errors.
