Hi,
My client runs trainings almost every month and I was wondering if EE4 can identify if the participant is a recurring customer? This is so that they don’t have to key in their details again when signing up for another training in the future.

Hi Sue Yin Ong,
Currently EE4 does not pull information from a user/member profile at this time.
This would be included within the EE4 User Integration Add-on for which we are currently looking for sponsors to help speed up development.
EE3 can pull information from a ‘member’ profile and automatically fill in the information available although it depends whether EE3 suits your requirements.
