I am trying to decide if EE4 is a good fit for 100+ clients who run small martial art and yoga studios.
Essentially they want to setup their regular schedule of classes and have them repeat forever.
They want to sell access as recurring monthly billing. PayPal’s Enhance Recurring Billing feature would serve their needs. Student simply buys a “subscription” for an amount equal to their monthly tuition amt and then Paypal autodrafts their payment each month.
This is basically all that most of them need except for selling tournament tickets occasionally.
Is EE4 a good fit or do I need to keep looking for a solution for them?
Event Espresso is designed for events planned with specific durations and registrations to specific dates. If you want just an on-going membership to an event, I’d recommend just integrating with PayPal’s Enhance Recurring Billing or a subscription management service like Recurly, Chargify, etc.
The Recurring Events Manager is great for repeating a schedule of events, but it does not automatically register and bill people for those events in the future.
I’d recommend using EE4 for the tournaments.
Does that help?
