Recurring Event End Date in email template

Hi,

We are running courses that are every week same time same day of the week for six weeks. This set of 6 has a total cost. Also, the series has an end date.

Each class in the series has an end date (which happens in this case to be the same as the start date for that week’s class.

However, I really want to include the start date and end date of the SERIES in the registration confirmation email. It is very helpful for registrants in our classes to have that information when hey register.

I tried using the end date email code. and it gave me the end date of the first class which is also the start date. (I am having all five subsequent classes registration page link to the starting date registration class, so the number of attendees can be controlled)

Email I used was like this:

Hi [fname],

Thank you for registering for [event] which begins on [start_date] at [start_time]. The last class in the series of six is: [end_date]

This email is a confirmation that we have approved your [event] registration request.

We have reviewed the answers you supplied with your registration and you can now proceed with class payment.

Click here to review your payment information and to complete payment for your class: [payment_url].

[end_date] needs to be the last event date in the recurring events…the last one in the series. How can I do that?

Hi, those tags reference the start date and end date of the actual event. We do not currently have separate email tags to retrieve that information across recurring events.
