I cannot locate where to place the Register Now code [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT].

I found the EE critical pages were pointing elsewhere. I located the trash and restored the pages, then published them. There are still issues detected with the Critical Pages Settings, but I cannot see what those issues are.
I have an export of the database that disappeared. I need this imported into the recreated event.
