Our situation is similar to this thread, with the error “A potential issue has been detected with one or more of your Event Espresso pages.” The other thread indicated the problem occurred in an installation that started as EE3 Lite, then upgraded to EE4. The error persists despite the status indicating all pages are ok. Also, our registration page is no longer available after the upgrade.

WordPress 3.8.3 running Twenty Fourteen theme.
Event Espresso Version 4.1.12.reg
Upgraded from EE 3 Lite

Hi Paul,

Try deactivating Event Espresso and reactivating Event Espresso through WordPress admin –> Plugins. Then dismiss the message.

Thanks! That took care of it. I just have one follow-up issue with our registration page not appearing. We see this on our Event Registration page:

Nothing in your Event Queue. You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

The content of the Events Registration page is this:
[ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT]

The site is here:

Hi,

The [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] shortcode isn’t for displaying events, it’s for processing the registrations.

TO view your events, either go to the /events/ archive (you will need to change your permalinks to Post Name in Settings > Permalinks) or use the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode.

Thanks, I changed the Permalink setting, but we’re still having trouble processing the registrations. Whether we access the event registration page or click “register now” from the event list, it brings us to the page with the error above. We successfully registered 2 people using EE3, but haven’t been able to see the registration form again since upgrading to EE4. We created a new event in EE4, but are unable to access the registration form for that also. In all cases, the result is “Nothing in your event queue…” Thanks for any further suggestions.

Hi Paul,

Could you link to an event on your site so I can take a look?

Hello,

Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so I can take a closer look at this issue?

Please share that temporary login through the secure link below:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting.

The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question.
