How is it possible to include more than one event administrator to a specific event? As the event administrator we would like the email to go to multiple people in the office just in case that someone is away so someone else in the office can deal with the email?
Within Event Espresso -> Messages you can edit the event admin context of all of the messages and add additional emails to the ‘To’ separated by a comma,
example@site.com, another@example.com
However this is heavily dependent on your mail host allowing this setup so a better way to handle this is to create a group email address, assign all of the recipients your want to receive those emails to the group and then set the group email within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Primary Contact emails.
That way you have a single email sent from EE and the mail server will handle the rest, it also allows you to add/remove emails fro a single location (within the group email) rather than each message.
Sorry maybe to make myself more clear. Two types of emails one that solely goes to the registrant and one that goes to the event admin that has the registration details on it. How can I select an option to send the email that ONLY goes to the event admin to multiple people in the office. The option you gave me only sends multiple confirmation of registration emails to people. I do not care about the confirmation email that the participants receive. I only care about the registration details that only the Event Admin receives.
