I can’t view anything on your site so it’s of no use to me, but if you have the payment info you can check the payment logs.
In Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Logs.
Check the logs added on the 31st of July and see if you can find any details that match the payment. You click on the Log ID on the left to view each individual log entry rather then the TXN ID on the right.
