Hello again, We have in Italy a state tax situation in which we are obliged to give to user an invoice with PROGRESSIVE numeration. Is it possible to disable receipt and give directly invoices? is it possible to have progressive numeration on the top right side? Moreover: how can i choose the user information displayed on that invoice? About the information, another question i have:is there a way to create a mandatory field of exactly of XY character? thank you |
Hi, You can deactivate receipts by going in to the Event Espresso > Messages > Settings page. There you’ll click the “Html” link and move the “Receipt” message type over to the “Inactive” box. I’m not quite sure what you’re asking for. Do you mean like a required text field that allows up to 2 characters? If so, yes, you can set the Maximum Allowed Response Size field to 2 when you add the registration form question in Event Espresso > Registration Form > Add Question. |

Receipt deactivated, perfect thanks. About the text field i require the user to add still on the VAT number field, no more, no less then 17 characters. Is it possible? Thank you |
You can add the answer to the custom field by adding this shortcode: [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Vat number]
Not really. You can reset the Event Espresso tables on the Event Espresso > Maintenance page, but that will also restore all settings back to their defaults.
The “no more” part is validated by the “Maximum Allowed Response Size” setting. There isn’t a reg. form field option for a minimum allowed response size. That’s probably something that a developer could add by adding some custom JavaScript validation to the form though. |
