SO when parents add events to cart for like a morning class, I want to make it easier for them to know about or go ahead and add the afternoon camp for that same week.
So if they enroll for the Monday thru Thursday 9:00am-12pm event, how can I display a quick option for them to add the 1pm to 4pm event that is the exact same week AND show them the Friday only event for that week. see /camps to get an idea of what I mean.
Also, vice versa, if they are enrolling for the 1pm to 4pm event, be able to recoomend the 9am-12pm event AND the Friday only event that week.
Thats one objective above, now down below is another thing I need solved.
Our events start at times that some parents already have to be at work. So we offer a childcare option for before and after camp. We currently have them pay for that on the first Monday of the event.
However we have it on the registration form as a question, “Do you need before or after childcare” and then we know when looking at the registrations spreadsheet what to expect. Is there a way to have them pay for that during checkout based on the asnwer they give on the registration form?
We are very interested in having these things as a function. Even if we have to hire developer if its something that is beyond my scope. but I’m hoping that Event Espresso has something like this already because its actually a pretty basic thing when it comes to shopping carts and unless I’m wrong, EE is an event shopping cart.
