After setting a ticket request to pending payment, a user is given a payment link. After clicking the link, you select credit card payment and then click pay now. The stripe pop up appears, you enter your details and then click Pay now.. The cog spins and then you get a green message informing us that the payment has been made but you also get an error message informing us that the anti-spam has not been checked. The google captcha is underneath the payment now so is not intuitive. After this, the pay now button is frozen and you cant do anything. The user cant proceed any further.
I don’t think the Google Captcha is needed on this page. It doesn’t add anything and only people with the link know how to get to this page. Can you tell me how to remove recaptcha just from this page.
This is a showstopper issue as users cannot make payment
I have reproduced the issue you’ve mentioned and created a ticket for our developers to investigate.
Currently the user will need to validate the reCaptcha for Stripe to work on ‘revisit’ payments, if this is causing problems with your users you will need to disable the reCaptcha feature on your site for the time being.
You can do this within Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Reg Form Settings.
