Our reCAPTCHA is not working with our new events. Set up appears to be correct and hasn’t been changed since previous events. We have tried resetting the public and private key with no success. We are using EE3 with WordPress version 4.6.1.

Hi Raycheal,
Could you share feedback on how it isn’t working and are you testing while you are logged out of the site?
For example, is there an error when you try to submit a registration?

Hi Lorenzo,
reCAPTCHA isn’t showing up while logged in or while logged out on the registration page. There are no errors when submitting registrations, but reCAPTCHA is not showing up so we are getting large numbers of bot registrations.

You shouldn’t see the reCAPTCHA form while logged in. I took a quick look at the site that’s registered with your support license and I can see the reCAPTCHA form there.
One thing that will help with preventing those bots to even have access to your site is you add a bot trap. Here’s a recommended plugin that will help:
