Our Event Espresso registration form keeps displaying an error message that says “Missing g-recaptcha response”. As a result, our customers are not able to complete the registration process to attend training courses. Please help.
What are your Recaptcha registration form settings in Event Espresso? Navigate to: Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Reg Form Settings and let me know what you have there.
Thanks Tony! I temporarily deselected EE recaptcha to run on the registration form and ticket selector to allow customer to register for courses. I’ll check GravityForms as you mentioned and also Wordfence to see if one of these apps have added recaptcha to every page. If the problem continues, I’ll get back in touch with EE. Thanks for your guidance. Bill
