Hello
We are looking for the best way to have contractors help with updating transactions in Event Espresso. So for example if someone registers and pays an invoice later on by bank transfer, we would then use the Apply Payment in EE to update the transaction. We are hoping we can have it so that the contractor would only have read only access, so that they could search and look at registrations in EE but not be able to change or download anything (for example, not be able to download registration lists etc). Any suggestions much appreciated.

PS: The contractor would review and list transactions for updating, which our staff would then go ahead and update in EE

You can use third party plugin to limit this thing. Check this article here.
