EDIT: For some reason, it’s blocking my attempt to post with pictures, so I included URLs to Google Drive hosted pictures of each step.
It seems that no matter the order I drag and drop the ‘Available Tickets’ to, when I use the update button they’ll make their own order.

Here is before I’ve corrected the order:

Corrected the Order (haven’t hit update yet):

After hitting update button on event page, it gets out of order again:

How do I fix this?

Hi,

Are you on the latest version of Event Espresso at 4.4.3?

Hi,

I ran some tests based on your ticket names etc but couldn’t see any issues.

Could you try disabling all other plugins temporarily and seeing if that allows the change to occur?

If I disable plugins, do they re-enable with the same settings?

Hi Tim,

I’ve just ran through testing this an can not reproduce it.

I would recomming creating a site back (at least the database) we have a guide here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/

Then try disabling all non-EE plugins and retest if the ticket order can be changed.

Also open up Chrome Dev tools (Settings -> Tools -> Developer Tools) go to the console tab, then when you open up the Event Editor page and see if any errors are thrown within the console.

This will help narrow down the issue.

I had opened this thread before the previous replies 🙂

Most plugins do yes. It all depends on what that specific plugin does on de-activation. Creating a database backup ensures that if you do have any problems you can revert to the backup from before they had been de-activated.
