Is there a reason why “this ticket is taxable” shows up on some tickets but not others? Trying to make it visible all the time.

Here are the better photos, one where it says “This ticket is taxable”, yet in the other photo, another ticket, it is missing.

thank you. We’re aware with this issue and the fix was submitted by our developers, this will be fix in the coming theme update. It could be this week or next week. we’re waiting for the test results and we will immediately push this fixes.
For now, you can add manual price modifier and add tax there.
