Is this a new connection to QuickBooks or has the site been connected before?
Do you have OAuth version 1 or 2 selected in the payment method options? (Most Quickbooks accounts use Auth2 so if using 1, switch that over to 2 and save, then try reconnecting)
It looks like there was an issue on quickbooks side, OAuth wouldn’t work for me when you reported the above and we spent some time investigating. We haven’t pushed any updates as yet and OAuth has now started working as expected for me.
