Two questions about the QuickBooks Payment Gateway:
1. Will it work for a company based in Canada with a Canadian Quickbooks Online account approved for Quickbooks Payments? (Quickbooks support seems unsure)
2. If I purchase a Priority Support Token, will they assist in getting me set up?
I do not believe that the gateway supports payments in Canada.
Generally, no. This is because Event Espresso support staff is not authorized to get the Quickbooks account information. We do have step by step documentation that can be followed for getting set up with the Quickbooks gateway:
