Hi, the Quickbooks payment gateway is not showing up in my payment page. It is also not showing up as a downloadable option on the “add-ons” page.
Is this add on country specific?

Hi Jeff,
You’ll need a merchant account with QuickBooks to use their payment processing service:
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/ecommerce-payment-processing/
Do you current accept payments online through QuickBooks for another project such as an online store?
It is available in your list of downloads (closer to the end):
