Hi Dawn,
We started a new payment gateway for QuickBooks which will process onsite payments for Event Espresso 4. It should be available in a few weeks in our store and we’ll notify you when its ready.

There’s an add-on available that adds support for Quickbooks payments that integrates with Quickbooks Online. More info here:
