We are having some email issues with nothing getting delivered but we do get test emails. When I look at Queued for Generating tab it says “No Recipient” even though a person registered.
A message has ‘No Recipient’ until it has been generated as it then knows who the recipient is, before then it does not.
If your messages are sitting at ‘Queued for generating’ that’s usually a good indicator that WP Cron has been disabled on your site. One way to confirm this is to use the WP Cron Status Checker plugin, install the plugin then view your Dashboard (wp-admin), you’ll see something like this – https://monosnap.com/file/tmLBwMSfYjI1GKN0KEnAHgAGZxxabc
If you look at the message activity list and click the next to the message – http://take.ms/oV1PC
Does it generate and show the recipient name?
If so click on icon to send the email, do you receive the email?
(Note I’m not expecting you to do this for all email, just simply testing your emails actually work).
