Hi,
Rather than first name and last name, is there anyway that there could be a 2 fields added for Organisation Name, Reference Number. The additional questions you can add, does this get added to the database anywhere or is it just for email alone?

Hi James,
A registration needs a name and an email to process correctly.
Custom question groups are stored in the database. Here is how to create the additional questions and link them to an event:

Hi Lorenzo,
That fine with i still wants the name and email within this as this would be the point of contact. However i would like a field for Organisation Name, as the primary field / primary attendee.

Hi James,
The questions/answers are stored within the database and you can add custom questions to either the System Question groups or a custom question group. Depending on how/where you want to use these will decide on how you pull the information back in.

Organisation Name:
Organisations Reference No:
First Name:
Last Name:
Email:
Reg Code:
Event Title:
In the email attendee list:
Organisation Name:
First Name:
Last Name:
Reg Code:
Event Title:
Other Questions:
Payment Details:
Apart from Organisation Name and Organisation ID, everything else in place.
Could you specify the table name as well where the questions and answer go into?
