I am currently testing the free version of EE4 for our Master Gardener program. We want to use it for members to be able to register for our free continuing education classes. We also hope to eventually use it for the general public to register and pay for our yearly seminar. I created a test event and had some of our members register and they were very pleased with it. I want to have some of our members manage the registrations but give them limited privileges to change anything. My question is, which package do I purchase to fit our needs? Will the Personal License allow us to do this or do we need to purchase the Everything License?

Event Espresso has roles and capabilities functionality built in: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-4-roles-permissions/
This comes standard with all premium packages, since it is part of the core plugin.
