Hi
I added a question for the event that the registrant could say “company” not thinking that this might interfere with the default company. I also created a vat-number field. I am struggling to get either of these to show up in the invoice. Any ideas how to fix.
Thanks for any advice

Hi there,

I’m glad you got this working, however just to note, any shortcode that uses _* is dynamic in some form or other but you must include the full shortcode.

For the question/answer shortcodes you are using currently the format is:

[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*{question text}]

If you click the help section at the top of the page within the event editor you’ll find details for each shortcode within that.
