Hi,
Currently trying to implement solution posted in my previous topic here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/capture-company-administrator-contact-info-in-registration-process/ but the sidebar shown on the screen shot does not appear in the vent editor.
I was able to create the additional questions and create a new question group, but I’m unable to select the question groups from the event edit page, as that box does not appear in the sidebar.
Please advice.

To add clarity, the “Questions for Primary Registrant” and the “Questions for Additional Registrant” are not showing in the event edit page.

Hi there,
Edit the event and look at the top of the page, you should see a ‘screen options’ tab at the top right of the page, click that.
Can you see the ‘Questions for Primary Registrant’ and ‘Questions for Additional Registrants’ options listed there? Are they checked?

Thank you for your reply.
I want to use one of these additional fields to send an email when a registration is not approved, currently following https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/
But it doesn’t mention how to add recipient from values on the custom questions.

It sounds like you want to use the Not Approved message system template. Have you looked at that?
