We are doing rental equipment with some of our events, so I enabled the question groups feature in EE3.
It is not clear to me what should happen. I was expecting to see the questions on the registration page but all I see is the standard name, email, phone number.

Hi Ed,
So you created some new questions and then created a new question group and assigned those questions to it?
Did you then assign the question group to the Primary and/or Additional attendees in the event?

I only assigned it to primary attendees.
I have now checked the box for additional attendees and do not see any change. Look at:

I did not add a new question – Equipment Rental was already existing, although I did go and edit the text of the question.

I see one problem. I had not checked a box from the Questions list.
I have now selected “Equipment Rental”
The page now shows the question and the word “equipment”
I have modified the question to be a checkbox and have also tried it as a radio button. I do not see any choices.
But, when modified for Drop Down, I get a menu.

Hi Ed,
Can you change the question type to Radio button so we can view the output please?
To confirm (although it appears correct) you are separating the values using comma’s (,) yes?

Hi,
In your stylesheet is this code:
#contentPageEvents .event-data-display.event_espresso_form_wrapper .event_questions .event_form_field label.ee-reg-page-questions {
display: none;
}
It is basically hiding the questions.
Removing this will show them. It appears the code is in the uploads/espresso/themeroller/standard-theme/style.css file.
