I upgraded a few weeks ago to 3.1.36.5P and when trying to edit an event, assigning a different set of question groups, I couldn’t find them. Several of the question groups do not display on the event edit page. However, the question groups I had previously assigned do still appear on the web “registration” page, http://techventurekids.org/event-registration/?regevent_action=load_checkout_page |
Hi Melanie, Have you remove the original user that created those questions? |
no, it was the same user for all of them |
Hi Melanie, Could you return to this event in the Event Editor for Event Espresso and save? Then could you please provide a link to this specific event? — |

Here’s the link to the event in the editor: http://techventurekids.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&action=edit&event_id=16 Full web URL: http://techventurekids.org/?page_id=31®event_action=register&event_id=16 |
Hi, It looks like those question groups were created under the tvkmin user account. If you create another question group with a WordPress admin account, are you then able to link it to an event? — |

Yes a question group created by a new admin does appear in the event editor. What does this mean for current question groups – can they be re-assigned to the 2 admin users? |
Hi, They can’t through the question group options but I looked at the database directly and this looks possible. Could you backup your WordPress and then share a temporary WordPress admin login through the link below: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ — |
We backed up WP and I just sent you admin login! |
Thanks, I’ve responded. Go ahead and reply to that email notification. — |
