I’m having trouble getting a second question group to show up on my registration form. I’ve created the question group and selected the questions for the group. I have also made sure that the question group is checked on the event page under both “Event questions for primary attendee” and “Event questions for additional attendees”
Upon viewing the event registration page the additional question group is not shown on the page.
HOWEVER
If I arrange the new question group to position 0 in the question group menu it will show up on the registration page but it’s then positioned above the “Personal Information” question group. That’s a step in the right direction, but I want the personal information group to be above my new question group.

This page is to register a couple for the event but we want to be able to obtain information from both attendees which is why I created a separate question group for the coupled attendee.
This is the first time we’ve tried using an additional question group so I can’t say we’re having this problem with any other question groups. I’ve had no problems modifying the “Personal Information” question group though.

Hi Kyle,
I’ve just done some testing with Event Espresso 3 and I was able to associate multiple question groups with an event and they were shown on the front end.
Could you go back to your new question group and save changes. Then go to the event and double-check that the additional question group is selected and save changes once more?

Hi Lorenzo,
I tried what you suggested and that didn’t work for me. I was even clearing my cache and cookies to make sure it wasn’t just pulling from the previous information. I ended up creating a new event instead of trying to modify the one I was currently using and that worked out for me.
