QR Code Not Showing up on Ticket

Ticket Notices have been sent out to participants (with a link to their ticket in PDF), but there is no QR code on the ticket. There is information about their registration and a pixel image of a person but no QR code.

Ok, so what’s happening is the script tags are being converted to something else so the scripts are output to the page rather than used on the page. The blue links at the bottom of the page are scripts, those shouldn’t be there.

We fixed this in 5.0.10.p a while back, your site is currently running 5.0.9.p, if you update to the latest version the ticket QR’s should work.

Tony, thank you so much! that worked! I’m not sure why these updates are not occurring automatically, I had set them to update automatically. I apologize for the dumb questions!
