My post hasnt been answered in a few days well 4, the site is live and people have paid online already, please can you tell me whether this is still being looked into, thanks

Which post are you referring to please? I cannot see anything related to QR codes in your account.

Hi there,

Sidney was looking into this earlier today. It may be a conflict with the active WordPress theme. If you temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme and resend out an email do the links/qr codes work?
