If you don’t want any of the previous data you can just install Event Espresso on the new site without a problem.
You will first need to remove the license key from you current site. Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Remove the license key from the field and save.
Go to your account page and click the reset button next your you license key.
Once your key has been reset you input that key into the new site.
That’s all there is to it for your new site.
You can de-activate and remove EE4 from your old site from within Dashboard -> Plugins. However all of your event data (Events, registrations, transactions etc) will remain within the database, are you wanting to completely remove it?
