Client would like to make a promotional discount code that can be applied if someone is purchasing 5 or more tickets. Otherwise, the discount code would not work. Is this possible?
Thank you Garth. So there isn’t a way to disallow a promotional code from being used on a graduated pricing ticket, correct? Meaning a discount code cannot be used on a graduated ticket pricing – since it is already discounted?
We don’t have any functionality within EE that will allow you to exclude specific tickets from promotions at this time. There are filters within the promotions plugin that would allow a developer to hook in with some custom code for this but nothing out of the box as it stands.
