Where are my purchased extensions? Referencing Customer ID: 7014279378 Please make them available for download via my account. |

Hi, Did you purchase these over the weekend? Can you email a copy of your purchase receipt email over to support@eventespresso.com, and include a link to this forum page and I will look into it right away. |

Hello, Thank you, |
|
Hi Don, Thanks for the emails! I have confirmed these and updated the account accordingly, so the addons are now available. Apologies as this should have not happened and access should have been automatic. |

Hello Dean, Thanks for making the add-ons available. The shortcodes e.g. [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE] or [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE category_slug=”nvcfoundation”] are producing no output. Will you please check this out. The process has been very frustrating. |

Hi, I’ve examined your site, and the table just isn’t appearing. I tested this out on a development site and the table displays fine. I tested your site with other shortcodes and these seem to function fine. Right now, instead of the table showing, it’s just showing two break tags. Could you try installing the Theme Test Drive plugin and testing the shortcode while using a default theme such as twentyfifteen (the theme test drive plugin enables only admins to see the different theme, so it won’t interfere with your regular visitors). One other possibility, though it’s a long shot, your site is using jQuery 1.9.1, rather than the default that ships with WordPress (1.11.1), this might be affecting the display of the table. |

OK Dean, |
|
Hello Dean, All plugins except the Event Espresso plugins have been deactivated and the theme set to Twenty Fifteen. Everything has been updated to the latest versions. You can go to the test page to see that the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE] shortcodes generate a nothing found message. As far as possible we’ve eliminated any other possible causes. Thank you for sorting this out. |
Hi Don, the events table view template dd-on needs at least one published event to work correctly. Your default events page isn’t showing anything so we can’t determine if you have at least one event in Event Espresso 4. Could you go to WP-admin –> Settings –> Permalinks? That will refresh permalinks on your site. Next, please ensure that there is at least one event that is published with a title and a brief description. — |
