I am so confused. This seems to have been an issue from the beginning. Please see my support post from I originally signed up. The things I believe I have bought since the beginning are:
EE4 CORE
EE4 Mailchimp
EE4 Promotions & Discounts
EE4Calendar Add-On
EE4 Multiple Event Registration
EE4 Stripe Payment Gateway
Please be sure that I have all of these add-ons which I have already paid for!
I checked through your previous threads, along with your purchase history and currently, your account has access to all of the add-ons it should. You have an EE3 Personal License which provides access to EE3 and some of its add-ons, plus EE4 and of the EE4 equivalent add-ons for EE3. (Eg. EE4 Stripe)
You had a developer copy Cindra’s site, with all of her add-ons onto your site, then you purchased a license for your site. However, Cindra has the EE4 Personal license with additional add-ons purchased separately so you have the MailChimp add-on already installed on your site from Cindra’s site but no license for it as you have the EE3 Personal License (it has never been purchased as a separate add-on on your account).
