We currently have our events set up where users can purchase a family pass using this method (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/) but we have been getting complaints that large families/groups can only purchase one family pass per transaction. Can the dropdown be 0, 4, 8, 12, 16? Is there a workaround for this?

I am Joao from the Event Espresso team.
In this case, you should create different tickets setting the Minimum and Maximum Quantity for 4, 8, 12, and 16. I am not sure if I totally understood your question regarding the “one family pass. per transaction”. Do you want to allow your customers to purchase two bundles of 4 for different families, is that right? If so, it’s recommended to make it on separate transactions for each one.
