Is there a way to apply a promotional code limit to one use per specific User Role?
Is there a way to pre-apply a promotional code to a cart? Ie: https://eventespresso.com/topic/pre-populate-promo-codes-in-embedded-url/
Is there a way that once a promotional code is entered at checkout and it might update the Event Cart once applied?

No, it would be possible to do with custom development but it’s not something we have available within EE at this time.

A similar answer for this, the above link is for the EE3 promotions add-on, it is currently not available within EE4.

I’m not sure I understand this one, the promotion should display on the checkout as soon as you add the code, is that not happening on your site?

Oh, I see, you’re loading the EE event cart and registration checkout (SPCO) within an iframe on the same page.
We display the promotion on the SPCO checkout table rather than the event cart.
So right now, this isn’t available, but I’ll check with our developers to see if I’m missing a method to add this to the event cart.

I’m wondering if you’d be able to review and see if there’s anything that stands out?
Where did you find the FHEE_apply_pricing_promotions filter? I can’t find that in our codebase and it doesn’t follow out name convention so I’m not sure where that is from.
For what I think you are trying to do you likely need FHEE__EED_Promotions__get_applicable_items__applicable_items but you’ll ned to check into that filter, its not a direct replacement for that you have above.
Any update as it relates to the final pricing not updating when a promotional code is applied?
I’ve been checking into this and as far as I can tell your cart is updating with the promotion code?
Can you add some screenshots highlighting what you are seeing, please?
