Hello,
I have a problem with the discounts. I went through your forums and followed all the indications without it working on arrival.
I can not choose the type of discount and if I still validate, I have a zero amount and I can add new discounts.
I have to restore all the elements of the basket defects price then types of prices and despite that it still does not work.

Hello,
I believe I know what is happening here.
Could you go to Event Espresso –> Pricing –> Price Types?
Is anything shown in the trash?
If so, could you restore and then try creating a new promotion?

Hi there,
Your screenshot shows that the Percent Discount and Dollar Discount price types are missing. So at some point those were deleted or possible never added when Event Espresso first activated (which is strange because the other ones are there). Had someone trashed then permantently deleted those two price types?
Here’s what you can do to fix this:
1) You go to Event Espresso > Pricing > Types de prix
2) You click on Ajouter un nouveau type par défaut de prix
3) Set up a fixed Discount default price, give it a unique name, set order of applicate to 30, save and close
4) You click on Ajouter un nouveau type par défaut de prix again
5) Set up a percentage discount default price, git it a unique name, set order of applicate to 20, save and close
